• Introduction of changelogs / progress reports

Backend

• server is now storing messages if the recipient is unreachable
• server is now redirecting messages if user with outstanding messages is connecting

Frontend

• desktop client can now create a new connection with a user by starting handshake process
• desktop client can now interpret incoming handshakes and respond a correct response
• desktop client can now interpret incoming handshake responses and finalize the handshake
